Our Team

Steph and Patrick co-founded Wing It Musical Theatre in April 2021. Wing It MT may be a new project for this duo but Steph and Patrick have worked together professionally for many years.

Steph attended performing arts school from a young age taking classes and exams in dance and musical theatre but mostly she loved to perform!  Being a “theatre-kid” herself, Steph fully appreciates how important and valuable participation in the arts can be for a young person and is passionate about passing on skills, experience and life-lessons to the next generation of performers.

Steph has worked extensively as a Director, Choreographer and Musical Theatre Teacher.  She is a member of the PVG scheme and has advanced training in Child Protection.  She can’t wait to welcome you to the safe space created by Wing It MT where your child can learn, explore, create and truly be the best version of themselves!

A talented musician, Patrick trained for six years at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland’s Junior Conservatoire programme and is expert in various instruments including piano, trumpet and violin.

Patrick now plays music professionally with multiple Scottish bands and participates regularly in writing and recording new material.  Patrick has taught both singing and piano for several years and is an experienced Musical Director working on both Adult and Youth productions.

Patrick holds an enhanced PVG scheme membership and is trained in Child Protection and First Aid.  He is passionate about helping young people develop, improve and feel proud of their progress and achievements.  He can’t wait to welcome you to the Wing It MT family!

Megan spent many years of her childhood performing. She took dance and musical theatre classes at a local stage school and later trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland juniors programme. She has performed in venues such as the Pavillion Theatre and The Royal Concert Hall. Being a lawyer, Megan is an advocate for (and an example of) the transferable skills that musical training can give to young people such as self-confidence, being a team player, creativity and adaptability.

Megan now participates in musical theatre as a hobby and is an experienced children’s theatre coach being a key part of the creative team for large scale productions such as Annie and Camp Rock. Megan can’t wait to empower our students to be more confident and is excited to watch them develop throughout their journey with Wing It.

Claire Marie brings years of industry and performance experience to Wing It Musical Theatre. She has a passion for performing arts, in particular musical theatre, and holds a BA from New College Lanarkshire in this subject.

Claire Marie has worked professionally as both a performer and tutor. She is now a primary teacher and has a particular interest in music eduction, for which she is undertaking further training through the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Claire Marie is now an active participant in amateur theatre taking on many iconic lead roles such as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde and Grace in Annie. She had always participated in performing arts as a child and she is so excited to share her passion for performing with the next generation of superstars!
